  • Business details: company name, phone number, address, and logo
  • Client data: client names, contact information, and billing details you enter into the Service
  • Financial information: billing address and payment details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Service content: time entries, project details, invoices, expenses, and other data you create within the Service
Information Collected Automatically
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, and timestamps
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences
  • Network data: IP address, referring URL, and general geographic location derived from IP

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from payment processors (e.g., transaction confirmations from Stripe) and authentication providers when you use third-party integrations.

  • At your direction: when you send an invoice via email, we share invoice details and your business information with the recipient you designate
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request
  • Safety and rights: we may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Byllr, our users, or the public
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
4. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Portability: export your data using the CSV export features within the Service

  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time
