This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California residents as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as data needed to complete a transaction or comply with legal obligations).
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information, so this right does not currently apply.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Service.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access based on exercising your privacy rights.

9. Data Retention

10. Opt-Out Preference Signals

We respect browser-based opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

11. Children Under 16

We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

12. Changes to This Notice

We may update this CCPA Notice periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
