Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial — it has no expiration date. You get 1 client, 10 time entries per month, 2 invoices per month, and 2 team members. If that's all you need, use it forever.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up and use the free plan without entering any payment information. You'll only need a credit card if you decide to upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Is there an annual plan?
Not currently. We keep it simple: $5/month, billed monthly. No annual lock-in.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All your data stays safe. You can still view and export everything. You just won't be able to add new entries above the free limits or use Pro-only features like recurring invoices and expense tracking.
